Truck Driver (CDL Class A Driver): $22.29 per hour
Monday - Sunday: 5:45am- 3:30pm
Wednesday: 4:45am- 3:30pm
No Experience Necessary
We are currently hiring for Truck Drivers to serve a well known
beverage company in a safe and timely manner. CDL Class A
Drivers! This position will transition to permenant after 90
days. Employees are eligible to participate in company benefits,
job bids and promotions when hired.
Requirements for Truck Driver (CDL Driver)

CDL Class A license (1 CDL A)

Updated DOT Card
-
Clean Driving Record (No Accidents, Tickets, or restrictions in the past 3 years)

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off-site function during work hours or after work hours while representing the Company.

Must be able to operate manual transmission vehicles.
Responsibilities of the Truck Driver (CDL Class A):

Service all accounts in a specific area.

Develop and maintain positive professional customer relationships.

Ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect the safety of self, customers, Company Property, and customer property.

Ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect the Company from possible damages, theft, or other liabilities.

Required overtime

May be required to work weekends, non-traditional hours and holidays as needed.

Attend all scheduled meetings requiring your presence and / or participation.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Benefits of the Truck Driver (Class A CDL):

Local Route (Home Daily):

40 hours of Vacation after one year of service, 80 hours after 2 years of service. Every year thereafter, it increase by 2 hour increments. For example, 3 years = 82 hours, 4 years = 84 hours, etc. At 15 year mark you get 120 hours and it tops out there.

4 hours of sick leave each month (6 days a year)

401 k after 1 year of service. Company matches

Hourly employees eligible for a 2% pay increase every 6 months. Based on attendance, tardiness, job performance, job knowledge and meeting dress code.

Employees can purchase 2 cases of discounted soft drinks each week for personal use.

6 holidays a year (New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). After 1 year of service, the employee gets their birthday as a floating holiday to use before their next birthday.

Potential Christmas Bonus equal to one week’s pay after one year of service.
