Clerical - Temp-to-Hire

We are looking for a high-volume recruiter to support our recruiting for non-exempt, hourly positions in manufacturing for our Statesville, NC facility.

Position Responsibilities

· Responsible for entire hourly recruiting process

· Job Postings – prepare and post openings to a variety of different job boards including Career Connect, indeed etc.

· Sourcing of qualified candidates from other non-traditional sources

· Sourcing of candidates from community-based partners such as veteran’s organizations, diversity and inclusion organizations, tech schools etc.

· Monitor and manage job board applicants ensuring that timely follow-up is made with qualified candidates

· Schedule onsite interviews for qualified candidates

· Conduct onsite interviews/screening with potential candidates

· Provide tours of the manufacturing work area to candidates

· Make recommendations to HR manager on potential candidates

· Schedule additional screenings (if applicable) for qualified candidates (i.e., Welder testing, Forklift testing)

· Ensure candidates are included in our applicant tracking

· Ensure that candidates complete our application process

· Prepare and process offer letters for hourly candidates.

· Coordinate background checks and drug screens

· Deliver ongoing progress updates to key stakeholders

· Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and consistent communication

· Other administrative level task as required

Experience

· Prior recruiting experience required (Ideal candidate would have 2+ years of recruiting experience with at least 1 year in a high-volume recruiting role)

· Must have a level of comfort being in a manufacturing environment

· Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred.

· Outstanding communication and collaboration skills desired with the ability to work across all levels of the organization

· Good organizational and time management skills required

· Ability to work independently with little supervision

· Good project management skills

  • Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:30pm on days in office

  • Hybrid remote - flexible schedule!

  • $25/hr
