CNC Machine Operator - 1st Shift

The CNC Machine Operatoris Responsible for the completion of the entire process required to machine and manufacture parts.

Shifts:

1st Shift - 6 a.m. -2:30 p.m.

2nd Shift - 230 p.m.-1130 p.m. (Must be able to Train on 1st Shift)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain CNC milling machine

Understand and modify CNC programs

· Deburring and cleaning of machined parts

· Inspect parts for compliance with drawings and specifications

· Pull parts specified on “Shop Order Pull Sheet” from Inventory to WIP

· Read and understand drawings and written and verbal instructions for assemblies

· Assist in the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products as required

· Be able to run a lathe and milling machine and other manufacturing machinery

Education and Experience:

· Reading and writing required

· High School Diploma preferred

· 6+ Months operating CNC milling machines

· Basic computer skills, including famiiarity with MS Windows

· Basic CNC programming skills

· Familiarity with simple assembly tools

Salary:

• $18.00 - $20.00/hr., Commensurate with experience, education and qualifications
