About the Role

We are hiring an Entry-Level Sourcing Specialist to support our recruiting team by managing the front end of the candidate pipeline. This role is phone-heavy and focused on outbound calls, candidate pre-screens, and onboarding support.

You will work closely with our lead recruiter and play a critical role in identifying qualified candidates, confirming fit, and ensuring they are ready to move forward quickly.

This position starts hybrid (1–2 days per week in-office) and transitions to fully remote by the end of the first 90 days, based on performance and reliability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to candidates daily

  • Conduct structured phone pre-screens to evaluate:

    • Work history and skills

    • Availability and reliability

    • Pay expectations

    • Overall job fit

  • Accurately document all activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Submit qualified candidates to the lead recruiter for review

  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including:

    • Initiating background checks

    • Scheduling drug tests and physicals (as required)

    • Ensuring all required paperwork is completed correctly

  • Follow up with candidates to reduce fall-off and no-shows

  • Maintain clean, organized candidate records


What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable being on the phone most of the day

  • Clear, professional communication skills

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Reliable, accountable, and able to follow established processes

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn ATS software

  • Prior experience in recruiting, call centers, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
