Licensed Journeyman Electrician – Denver/Fort Collins Area

Pay: $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, consistent hours (40 Hours Guaranteed) 
Location: Projects from Fort Collins to South Denver

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Electrical Journeyman to join a small but highly specialized commercial electrical contractor based in Denver. This company handles unique and interesting projects across northern Colorado, offering hands-on opportunities in everything from new construction and remodels to tenant improvements, shutdowns, and even work on marijuana grow facilities.

This position is a direct-hire opportunity through our staffing services and includes operating a company-provided van to travel between job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform commercial electrical work including new installations, remodels, tenant improvements, and shutdowns.

  • Drive and maintain the company vehicle while transporting tools and equipment to job sites.

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, controls, and equipment.

  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).

  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Work closely with a small, tight-knit team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician License (required).

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).

  • 3+ years of commercial electrical experience (preferred).

  • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (preferred).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a small team.

  • Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
