Job Summary

A logistics warehouse located in Arlington, TX is currently seeking a warehouse lead for their 1st shift. This is a temp to perm opportunity to join a dynamic team. 

Duties/Responsibilities

• Willing to take direction from Operations Manager and ability to work well with others
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing
• Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed
• Proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be worn at all times.
• Must follow HACCP, GMP and Safety guidelines (training will be provided).
• Work in a team environment.
• Unload and load trailers, ensuring proper stacking and segregation of freight.
• Retrieve and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity and type.
• Verify products originate from correct locations and that lot numbers match picking documents.
• Perform picking tasks efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using a forklift
• Bend and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Must have experience leading a team.
• Must have strong knowledge of warehouse operations.

Starting Hourly Pay $18.00+ DOE

Days: Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30 PM
