Job Summary:
A national light industrial and logistics warehouse located in Dallas, TX 75229 is currently seeking Real Estate Clerk’s for their 1st shift. These are Temp To Perm positions that offer a great entry level opportunity to join a dynamic team full time, based on performance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Call Brokers for availability, lease rates, & pricing
- Cold calling for potential business
- Loopnet & Costar knowledge for development business
- Basic math calculations for price per SQ FT
Required Experience:
- Real Estate experience or Relevant field
- Starting Hourly Pay $18+ DOE
- Days: 3 days per week
- 1st Shift 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
