Core Personnel is urgently hiring a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Carrollton Tx.

Base Salary 17-21 per hour

Shift Monday through Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm


Job Description


  • Answer a high volume of customer calls and assist each customer properly with their needs.
  • Receive and open claims daily via phone or email.
  • Muli-task in a busy Warranty department setting.
  • Submit replacement parts and or a replacement engine or transmission requests.
  • Respond to internal and external requests and resolve them appropriately.
  • Ability to resolve escalated customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution.
  • Provide proper ETA of build time on products.
  • Check-in warranty return parts and enter them into the warranty database.


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must have the ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to type
  • Must possess the ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal) excellent grammar, and follow up effectively.
  • Exhibit a caring, professional and enthusiastic demeanor when speaking with internal and external customers.
