Core Personnel is urgently hiring a Customer service representative for one of our clients in Carrollton Tx.

Responsibilities


- Answer incoming calls from customers and take detailed orders

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

- Conduct outbound calls to confirm and follow up on pending orders.

- Perform data entry to update customer information accurately

- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction


Requirements


-Excellent listening skills

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Sales experience is a plus

- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

- Logistics experience and understanding of Quickbooks is a plus.


Schedule: 8 am-5 pm


As a Customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and promoting sales opportunities.
