Job Description
Primary responsibilities:
-Execute Department plans & goals
-Drive productivity goals & expectations
-Supervise Department setup and execution
-Understand company GMP's, SOP, SSOP and product quality
-Follow up with customer shortages, damages and misprocesses
-Fill Department lead and critical roles when needed
-Execute internal audits
Qualifications:
-Bilingual English/Spanish required
-Prior experience in Food Manufacturing
-MS knowledge
-Excellent organization, communication, leadership. and interpersonal skills
-Ability to motivate and drive a team
-USDA and FDA knowledge and experience
-HACCP knowledge and experience
-GMP knowledge
