Customer Service Representative

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for our client in the North Fort Worth area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Initiate sales calls in an effort to present company program to prospective customers.
? Energize client expectations of company programs with a courteous and engaging telephone
personality
? Build rapport with potential clients, selling & aligning program benefits to customer needs
? Close sales opportunities in a timely and effective manner
? Maintain working knowledge of product lines
? Schedule follow-up contacts with current and new customers in ACT.
? Adhere to company Core Values such as maintaining a positive attitude and working
environment, etc.
? Adhere to company telephone etiquette policy.
? Meet call and contract performance goals as directed by the company.
? Update contracts and status of contracts in respective company software.
? Perform other work as so directed by company management.
