We are looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to start immediately. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of QuickBooks experience, be able to organize and schedule appointments, and book travel arrangements.
Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and preparing presentations.
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Order office supplies and equipment as needed.
Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
Maintain filing system and records.
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
