Responsibilities:
Provide admin support across the organization and play a key role in creating tile tools.
Will be managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Develop and maintain effective office systems and procedures.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile and present data in clear, concise formats.
Leverage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to streamline business procedures.
Handle senssitive and confidential information.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in English
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Compensation:
$20 and up (DOE)
Education and Experience:
High School diploma required
Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
