Research Clerk

CSS is working with a nationally ranked law firm seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic Research Clerk to join the Bankruptcy Department.

Responsibilities:

• Research new bankruptcy cases

• Prepares claims and notice of appearances

• Input new case info into Bank Tools

• Prepares claims for Court Costs and Fees

Requirements:

• Must be organized

• Flex ability to move from one Chapter to the next

• MS Word – Intermediate level

• Excel – Beginner level

• Self-Starter

• Ability to work with numbers
