CSS is working with an EXCITING nationally ranked law firm seeking an outgoing meticulous and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This is a temp to hire opportunity with onsite training and competitive benefits.
Responsibilities:

Effectively manage calls while maintaining the client’s and Firm’s standards

Manage inbound and outbound calls and collections.

Troubleshoot common issues

Collaborate with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish
-
1+ years of customer service rep experience required.

Experience handling heavy inbound and outbound calls
-
Receptionist and front desk experience preferred.

Basic computer skills
