 Responsibilities:

• Investigating the accident

• Calculating damages

• Negotiating with insurance firms

• Representing in court

Requirements:

• 10 – 15 year commercial trucking attorney

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in Texas

• Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
