Auto Liability Associate

CSS has partnered with a prestigious law firm on a direct hire bases with a national presence seeking a Auto Liability Associate to join their Houston, TX office. Selected candidates must be self-starters with strong analytical, communication, research, and writing skills. 2+ years of Premises Liability experience. 

 Responsibilities:

• Gather evidence and document claims facts

• Determine the value of damaged items

• Understand and explain insurance policy coverage to clients and third parties

• Negotiate settlements with clients or third parties

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• 2-4 years bodily injury liability claim handling experience preferred

• General knowledge and skill in claims handling and litigation

• Basic working level knowledge and skill in various business line products
