CSS is working with a fortune 500 financial services organization in need of an Insurance Defense Attorney
Responsibilities:
Research and analyze the law on complex issues
Write briefs, correspondence, presentations, and other legal opinions
Analyze and summarize complicated legal documents including contracts; making suggestions as appropriate
Assist with arbitration, mediation, litigation, and court appearances as requested
Requirements:
All skills/experience of the Junior level
Four to six years of experience with insurance defense
Experience in understanding and applying insuring agreement language concerning homeowner claims
Preferred experience includes defense of “bad faith” property litigation
