Position: Picker/Packer
Pay Rate/Range: 14 temporary, 15 upon Full-time placement plus full benefits (paid by company)
Job Description: Must be detail-oriented and have experience doing physical labor. Pickers use a wrist wearable and use a radio frequency (RF) scanner. EVERYONE must be detail-oriented and be able to demonstrate that with specific examples. This is a blended position between the primary position on the Target/Walmart team and helping the e-commerce side of our business as a Packer, accurately labeling cartons for outbound shipments Make sure to keep each DC order separate Wrap pallets securely for transport Label pallets by DC Ensure packing productivity standards are met Accurately locate and scan items indicated on specific orders using barcodes, serial numbers, product descriptions, etc. Operate handheld technology and keep it safe from damage/harm Work with a demonstrated urgency and steady pace with zero to minimal errors Our people must take initiative to jump in and help other departments when they are finished with their own tasks/activities. That is why we cross-train everyone; no one does just one job here.
Picker - Tulsa & Santa Fe locations. EXTREMELY detail- oriented and customer-facing. Pickers use a wrist-wearable and an RF scanner. They scan for the correct slot SKU and then scan the exact item before placing it in the correct order box. It begins at $4/hr. If they are experienced, they could move to 14.25 or 14.50 when they convert from us. Then the 1/hr. increase after 90 days (about 3 months).
Packers - Tulsa & Santa Fe locations. EXTREMELY detail- oriented and customer-facing. The Packer is the "last line of defense" in making sure that the customer receives the EXACT merchandise they ordered in PRISTINE condition, packed perfectly. This requires looking at a small screen and order slip to ensure what is packed is what was ordered. It begins at 14/hr. If they are experienced, they could move to 14.25 or 14.50 when they convert to us. Then the 1/hr. increase after 90 days (about 3 months).

Job Requirements: This is a physical position, and the essential functions are Lifting up to 50 lbs. and being able to physically maneuver a loaded manual pallet jack. Requires being on your feet for 8-12 hours a day with two short breaks and a 30-minute lunch break.

Tulsa – Monday – Saturday Pickers 7am to a FLUID finish Packers 8am to a FLUID finish. All off on Sundays
