The Operations Coordinator is responsible for execution of key tasks to support recruitment productivity and donor communications through live calling, blast automated calling, texting, emailing, and direct mail. Additionally, serves as an alternate supervisor. Primary Responsibilities • Coordinate scheduling of donor communications across all channels to ensure the success of mobile drives, fixed sites, promotions, and events throughout the OBI/ABI/TBI/CMBC system. • Build and maintain donor contact lists for mobile drives, fixed sites, promotions, and events to ensure delivery of a comprehensive, integrated recruitment effort. Modalities include phone calls, broadcast voice messages, blast emails, text messages, direct mail, and others. • Build and maintain fixed site schedules for all product types based on budgets site goals, donor base, and available staff and equipment in coordination with fixed site management. • Assist with customer service communications fulfillment and workflow. • Assist with equipment & software issues. • Handle intake of requests, logging requests & updating as fulfillment is set Perform data analyses as required by Contact Center leadership. • Validate reporting to confirm the integrity of data. • Trouble shoot list criteria to maximize productivity. • Assist in floor supervision. Secondary Responsibilities • Provide customer services assistance & appointment creation support. • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements Required Licenses, Certifications Valid driver’s license. Education, Experience, Knowledge, Abilities • High school diploma or equivalent • Frontline experience in blood banking and/or outbound call centers a plus. • Strong leadership, customer service, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Skilled in use of Microsoft office- excel, outlook, word • Comfortable with smartsheets a plus • Effective technical and computer skills. • Familiarity with database applications and interfacing. • Professionalism, including at times of job stress. • Adaptability to working long or unscheduled hours, as needed.
