Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QC (Quality Control) Auditor with a solid understanding of ISO 9000 standards and extensive experience in quality management systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's products, processes, and procedures comply with ISO 9000 requirements and meet the highest quality standards. As a QC Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to enhance overall efficiency and product excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ISO 9000 Audits:
- Plan and perform regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9000 standards across various departments and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to gather relevant audit data and documents.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of the organization's quality management systems.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze audit findings and data to identify trends, potential non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with clear and actionable recommendations for management.
- Corrective and Preventive Actions:
- Work closely with department heads and process owners to address identified non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Assist in establishing and monitoring corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution and sustainable improvements.
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with ISO 9000 standards and related industry best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
- Monitor changes in regulations and advise the organization on necessary adjustments to maintain adherence to ISO 9000 requirements.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, quality enhancement, and risk mitigation.
- Propose and support the implementation of process changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase awareness and understanding of ISO 9000 standards among employees.
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding quality management practices and procedures.
- External Audits:
- Coordinate and facilitate external audits performed by ISO certifying bodies or other regulatory agencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and ensure a smooth and successful audit process.
Requirements:
- Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- ISO 9000 certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred).
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a QC Auditor or a similar quality assurance role, preferably in an industry subject to ISO 9000 standards.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting audits, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions.
- ISO 9000 Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of ISO 9000 standards and their practical application in different organizational contexts.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and methodologies.
- Analytical Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using statistical tools for quality evaluation.
