Position: Order/Picker/Packer
Pay Rate/Range: $12.00
Description: this is a working position picking packing building and shipping any assemblies as required while maintaining responsibility for all aspects of quality and documentation control as they relate to customer sales orders and assembly work orders these assemblies are generally built away from the injection molding operation by this individual or other assembly operators depending on demand in addition disposition is responsible for successful fulfillment of all customers same day orders including but not limited to e-commerce shipping department replenishment orders
Essential duties and responsibilities
Pick and Pack small parts for customer orders
Assemble parts and variety packs
Verify and stock items from production and receiving
Check order accuracy to avoid shipping errors
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Must be detailed oriented and able to multiple tasks at once to support customer demand.
Computer skills. Previous experience with UPS or USPS online label system is a plus.
Experience with inventory management, pulling inventory and counting inventory.
Must be able to work occasional overtime.
Must be able to stand 8 hours a shift.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Comfortable using small, powered hand tools.
Job Type: Temporary to full time
Shift/Schedule:
Day Shift: 6am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday
Night Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Monday through Friday
