### **Key Responsibilities**
* Inspect parts and assemblies using mill gauges and other standard measurement tools.
* Interpret and verify work against blueprints and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Perform visual inspections of welds, paint finishes, and pressure-tested components.
* Document inspection results clearly and accurately.
* Support ongoing development and refinement of internal QC standards.
* Collaborate with production teams to ensure products meet quality requirements.

### **Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in quality inspection preferred (entry-level will be considered).

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Job Description:
The Quality Control Inspector must have high attention to detail. This role may support one or more departments and must be fluent in the Engineering drawings, SOPs, Work Instructions and the required measuring equipment for the area such as tape measures and pressure gauges. Inspectors are responsible for verifying the quality of the product was defined in the above documentation and when non-compliant document appropriately and subsequently confirm corrections have been made.
Quality Control Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret Engineering drawings, work instructions, etc. to understand the requirements of the products.
• Verify product meets Engineering drawing and SOP requirements using tape measures, pressure gauges, torque wrenches and other required methods.
• Document inspections and testing on the appropriate forms.
• Photograph accepted condition of product and components to the appropriate Teams folder.
• Upload inspection and testing documents to Teams.
• Be involved in the process by assisting Production to ensure quality is built into the product without interfering with the production process.
• Assist in resolving quality related issues in a timely manner.
• Support the Quality Lead, Quality Engineer and Quality Manager as necessary to complete daily tasks and projects.
• Perform all other reasonable duties as assigned by the Quality Control Lead, Engineer and Manager.
• Communicate clearly with Production and Engineering as necessary to resolve quality issues.
Quality Control Inspector Requirements:
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Good math and technical skills
• Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of quality control principals and standards.
Preferred:
• 2 years experience as a Quality Control Inspector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Teams.
