POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing timely training and Inspection department administration
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensures company training material, such as testing, and record comply with Training Procedures Manual requirements.
- Monitor and schedule initial and recurrent training for all company direct and contract employees.
- Prepare training rosters for training.
- Create training PowerPoint aids, Visio and presentations used for training purposes.
- Maintain non-revenue training time to a management directed minimum.
- Create and maintain a master training matrix.
- Create and maintain individual employee matrices.
- Maintain employee training records and documentation .
- Provide assistance to employees with training execution needs.
- Responsible for recording, and surveillance of training requirements and training due as directed by management.
- Facilitate training during high-production times or as directed by management.
- Maintain employee records for two years following service discharge.
- Any additional duties that may be assigned of a training nature.
- Assist with Training and Safety Coordinator with appropriate safety/training certifications.
- Assist with implement and update written safety and health programs.
- Assist with safety audits and corrective actions.
INSPECTION DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATION:
- Responsible to the company's Chief Inspector with administrative duties.
- Create forms and documents as directed.
- Write to the company's Documentation Standards.
- Assist in monitoring vendor list currency.
- Complete and print forms as directed.
- Scan, archive and file current audited work packages.
- Scan and archive all work packages two years and older.
- Responsible for administrative support of AS 9110 requirements, Operations Manual, Repair Station Manual and other manuals as directed.
- Print technical documents as directed.
- Maintain the Inspection Office printer in proper working condition.
