Position: Assembly Hydro III
Pay/Range:
Description: Performs a variety of duties requiring high degree of knowledge of assembly and shop procedures, performs repetitive workstation or line assembly operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies
- Know and understand diverse quality policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and Technicla Procedures and Workplace instructions
- Performs any assembly type functions, using hand or power tools
- Operates any equipment needed to perform the job
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Set up and operate high pressure testing equipment, 30K PSI
- Use of precision measuring equipment
- Assemble and safely test valve and wellhead equipment
- Maintain clean and safe environment
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
- Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
Skills & Knowledge:
- Good verbal communication
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English
- Ability to follow oral instructions
- ability to read a measuring tape, micrometer, and calipers
- Advanced knowledge of assembly procedures
- knowledge of testing procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of job related experience
- Prior oilfield tool assembly experience
