MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF GENERAL LABOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Packer worker for a plastics manufacturing company located in Ontario, CA.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Requirements of the Packer associate:
1 year of recent general labor or packing experience
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
Ability to occasionally lift 35–50 lbs. from floor to waist
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to read and understand English (verbal and written)
Prior experience in roles such as Packer, Assembly Line Worker, Production Associate, General Laborer, Warehouse Associate, or Manufacturing Assistant is a plus

Responsibilities of the Packer associate :
Pull, pack, weigh, and label plastic products based on daily orders
Follow written and verbal instructions using shipping documents or production schedules
Inspect and identify defective items before packaging
Ensure all products are clean, properly packaged, and sealed per clean room standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area following clean room protocols
Occasional lifting of plastic materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
