Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Lumper/Loader for a company located in Torrance. This company manufactures and distributes plastic utensils.
Schedule:
1st week of Training will be M-W 6am- 6:25pm
Work hours after the 1st week of training will be M-W 6pm - 6:25am
Must be flexible to move from night shift M-W 6:00PM-6:25am to day shift M-F 6:00am-2:30pm if requested.
Requirements of the Lumper:
- Must be able to safely lift 50lbs.
- Prior experience with loading/unloading.
- Must be able to work OT, if needed.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Duties of the Lumper:
- Palletize finished goods.
- Loading and Unloading.
- Moving boxes.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Able to work in a fast environment and well work with others.
- Make sure work area is clean by the end of shift.
- Must be able to safely and properly lift 50lbs.
