Connect Staffing is looking to hire seasonal warehouse associates for a leading retail distributor in Conroe, TX!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Seasonal)
Warehouse Associate Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of recent work is required
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Must be able to use RF scanner.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Prior experience in roles such as a warehouse associate or general labor associate is a big plus!

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
- Perform jobs in various areas in the warehouse, such as the shipping department, unloading of containers, or any other positions in the warehouse.
- Check the quantity and quality of items received, verifying them against purchase orders, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Accurately select items and be able to verify items as selected.
- Organize and store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse, update inventory systems, and conduct regular stock counts to reconcile discrepancies.
- Pick items from shelves or bins according to order specifications.
- Pack items to prevent damage during transit and ensure that orders are accurately processed for shipment.
- Label packages, arrange shipments with logistics providers, and load goods onto trucks in a timely manner.
