MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to fill an opening at a manufacturing facility in Huntington Beach, CA.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Part-Time)
Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
6 months of recent customer service experience
Pass a drug screen and background check
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally
Prior experience in roles such as Call Center Representative, Customer Care Specialist, Order Entry Clerk, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Help Desk Agent is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Answer incoming customer calls and provide timely, accurate support
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
Enter orders and returns in ERP system
Troubleshoot product questions, lead times, shipping options, and warranty issues
Use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers
May be required to work OT during busy periods
