MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE


Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to fill an opening at a manufacturing facility in Huntington Beach, CA.


Schedule: Monday – Friday (Part-Time)


Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • 6 months of recent customer service experience

  • Pass a drug screen and background check

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally

  • Prior experience in roles such as Call Center Representative, Customer Care Specialist, Order Entry Clerk, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Help Desk Agent is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide timely, accurate support

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service

  • Enter orders and returns in ERP system

  • Troubleshoot product questions, lead times, shipping options, and warranty issues

  • Use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers

  • May be required to work OT during busy periods
