MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT WAREHOUSE OR SHIPPING/RECEIVING EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk to fill an opening at a food manufacturing warehouse facility located in Los Alamitos, CA.
Schedule:
1st Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (may vary)
Days vary: Monday – Sunday, typically 4 to 6 days per week
Requirements for Warehouse Clerk:
Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving role
Bilingual English/Spanish
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift
Must have basic computer skills and experience with systems such as SAP or similar WMS
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documentation procedures accurately
Prior experience in roles such as Shipping Clerk, Receiving Clerk, Warehouse Coordinator, Inventory Control Clerk, Logistics Assistant, or Material Handler is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Clerk:
Coordinate driver check-ins and log pertinent delivery information
Verify delivery address, seal, and shipping documentation
Prepare shipping paperwork, including BOLs, packing slips, and PO documentation
Schedule and follow up on delivery appointments using Transplace (if applicable)
Scan, upload, and manage documents in SAP or warehouse management systems
Create and print LPN labels; assist with pallet labeling for warehouse staff
Communicate rejections or returns to carriers and reschedule if approved by QA
Maintain cleanliness and proper documentation disposal procedures in work area
Follow all company safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
