Connect Staffing is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a supplier company in Northwest Houston!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple computer systems, including order entry and inventory platforms.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate clearly with clients in industries such as oil & gas and construction.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle product inquiries related to flame-resistant clothing, work boots, PPE, and custom embroidery services.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of safety standards and familiarity with FR clothing or PPE products is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in roles such as Technical Support Agent, Account Manager, Insurance Agent, Health Insurance Agent and Client Support Specialist is a big plus!

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other departments for troubleshooting issues and find solutions.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely efficient manner.
- Reset passwords for customers and assist them in navigating the web platform.
- Check on order statuses daily and provide updates to customers.
- Print out order tickets and partial shipments to warehouse for processing.
- Handle upset customers and stressful situations professionally.
