Connect Staffing Inc. is looking for an Office Assistant for a Non-profit company in Fullerton, CA.


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4:30 PM


Requirements of an Office Assistant:


  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience as an Office Assistant.
  • Experience in billing, invoicing, payment processing, and updating account records.
  • Computer skills with fluency in QuickBooks Online and Google Suite. 
  • Familiar with HR principles & Payroll.
  • Proven organizational, management & communication skills
  • Comfort with phone communication.
  • Prior experience in roles such as Office Clerk, HR assistant, and Receptionist is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:

  • Managing office resources.
  • Coordinating schedules.
  • Supporting external communications with riders and families.
