Shipping Coordinator

MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AS A SHIPPING COORDINATOR 

Connect Staffing is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for a beverage manufacturing company in the city of San Bernardino.  

Shift: Monday - Friday  5PM TO 10PM (part time)

Requirements of the Shipping Coordinator:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Shipping Coordinator or in a warehouse/shipping environment
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Must wear non-slip steel-toe safety shoes on-site
• Must be able to pass E-Verify, background check, and drug screening
• Familiarity with logistics software, inventory systems, or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus  
• Experience in roles like Logistic Coordinator, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, Warehouse Clerk, Inventory Coordinator, Transportation Coordinator, and Distribution Clerk a plus!

Responsibilities for the Shipping Coordinator:

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation 
• Verify and process customer orders, check shipment contents, and ensure correct labeling and packaging
• Overseeing and managing all aspects of the shipping process, from preparing shipments to tracking deliveries and communicating with customers and carriers

• File documents and maintain organized records of shipments and order processing

• Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook) to manage shipping data, generate reports, and support administrative tasks

• Ensure shipping areas remain clean, safe, and organized in compliance with warehouse safety standards

• Identify and help resolve discrepancies or delays in the shipping process

• Support other logistics and warehouse duties as needed
