Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:45 am - 6:15 pm.
Requirements for the Customer Service Clerk:
- Must have at least 6 months of recent customer service experience
- Must speak English or be Bilingual
- Must be able to pass E-Verify, Drug Screen, and Background Check
- Prior experience in roles such as Cashier, Sales Clerk, Customer Service Representative, Retail Associate, and Secondhand Store Clerk is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Clerk:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed.
- Evaluate and appraise items brought in by customers for pawn or sale.
- Process pawn transactions accurately and efficiently, explaining terms and conditions clearly.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Assist customers with purchasing merchandise, providing product information and closing sales.
