MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is hiring a dependable Coil Loader/ Mill Operator for Steel Company in Conroe, TX.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Saturday OT optional

Requirements for the Coil Loader Position:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Experience operating a Forklift, Overhead Crane, and Combilift
• Comfortable working in a physical environment (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Prior experience as a Machine Operator, Steel Mill Operator, Coil Line Operator, or Metal Fabrication Operator is a strong plus

Responsibilities of the Coil Loader:

• Stage and load coils in the proper sequence to support continuous production
• Keep mill consistently stocked with slit coils
• Operate turn coil and uncoiler machinery
• Accurately complete coil production reports
• Assist with roll changes, mill breakdowns, and general production support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
