Production Helper

EXPERIENCE WITH CONSTRUCTION AND POWER TOOLS!

Connect Staffing is looking to fill positions for a production worker at a Steel and Metal Manufacturing company located in Riverside, CA.

Shifts available: 1st Shift: 4am-12:30 pm and 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm

Shift may fluctuate between 8 hour and 12 hours every day.  Must be available for Saturday shifts as well.

Requirements for Production Helper:

• Experience with construction and power tools!
• Open to working overtime if permitted
• Able to pass drug screening
• Reliable transportation
• Prior experience in sheet metal industry a plus!

Responsibilities of Production Helper:

• Responsible for the proper packaging and banding of all material produced from the machine
• Use of both manual and pneumatic strapping tool
• Inform operator of any defects on material
• Build wood skid/pallets as dictated by each order written up for each machine
• Record all wood usage for above-mentioned skids/pallets
• Maintain a clean and productive work area
