Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Forklift Operator positions in Houston, TX and beyond!

Schedules: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on position availability)
General Requirements:
- Must have recent experience operating a forklift such as sit-down, stand-up reach, cherry picker, etc.
- Willing to submit to background and drug screenings.
- Good understanding of industrial safety.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and sit for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in roles such as Forklift Driver, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, and Warehouse Associate are a plus!
- Be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities may include:
Safely maneuver forklifts to move materials or products.
Transport goods in and out of delivery vehicles.
Place items in designated storage areas or racks.
Perform pre-operation checks and report any issues.
Adhere to all safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
Move raw materials, pallets, or finished goods within the warehouse.
Assist with inventory management by organizing and tracking goods.
