Connect Staffing is looking for an experience Warehouse Administrator to join a leading distribution company in Houston, TX!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Warehouse Administrator Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background screen.
- Must have prior experience in administration work.
- Must be detailed oriented and ability to multitask.
- Ability to read various types of documents.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- High School Education or GED Equivalent.
- Previous experience in roles such as a Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Supervisor, Supply Chain Administrator, Distribution Coordinator or Operations Administrator is a plus!

Warehouse Administrator Responsibilities:
- Sort and prepare sales orders for truck routes.
- Process shipment confirmations and assign order pickers.
- Assist with will-call customers and sales rep deliveries.
- Receive purchase orders and match vendor paperwork.
- Collect quotes, schedule shipment with carriers, and schedule dock appointments with customers.
- Process returns, update details in warehouse systems, and answer questions/provide updates for drivers and office staff.
