Delivery Driver

MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPEREINCE IN DRIVING A BOX TRUCK WITH A 12FT OR MORE LONG TRAILER.

Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver at a warehouse the manufactures shutters and blinds in the city of Garden Grove, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Requirements as a Delivery Driver:

• Minimum 1 year experience in driving a box truck with a 12ft or more long trailer.

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Spanish Speaking only is ok)
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Prior experience has a Delivery Driver, Warehouse Associates, and or Loading and Unloading is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver:

• Able to load, unload, lift, push boxes weighing 50lbs on average constantly.
• Follow instructions, safety policy, and traffic rules and deliver the products to the designated addresses safely.
• Follow the assigned work schedule, meal break, and rest period.
• Return the Norman-provided equipment, vehicle, smartphone to the designated location at the end of the delivery tasks.
• Report any exceptions, vehicle issues, injuries, customer complaints to worksite supervisor in a proactive and timely manner.
• Work as a Heavy Lifter (load, unload, lift, push boxes weighing 50lbs on average constantly) in Garden Grove warehouse when there is no delivery task assigned.
