Maintenance Mechanic

5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL/PRODUCTION LINE MAINTENANCE.

Connect Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for a hardwood company in the city of Orange, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM No weekends.

Requirements of a Maintenance Mechanic:

5 years experience in industrial/production line maintenance.

Must be flexible with schedule

Must be able to handle paperwork PO's, approvals, and work orders.

Must be comfortable with heights

Able to operate a Scissor Lift

Prior experience in roles such as Industrial Maintenance Technician Production Line Mechanic Equipment Maintenance Specialist Plant Maintenance Mechanic Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Mechanic:

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair large maintenance equipment. 
• Prepares purchase orders for replacement parts.
• Documents preventative maintenance, repair work, and spare parts to facilitate SOP requirements.
• Assists in rigging requirements on new equipment and relocation projects.
• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment and electrical issues
• Welds machine parts as required to facilitate repairs on equipment.
• Maintains equipment in the maintenance shop.
