Forklift Operator

MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF FORKLIFT EXPIERENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking to fill a Forklift Operator position for a company that manufactures nutritional bars in the city of Bloomington, CA.

Shift: Monday - Sunday 2nd shift

• Days vary, must be flexible and open to working weekends.
• 2:00 pm-10:30pm (with possible OT)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience in a warehouse or production environment, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven ability to operate sit-down forklift and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Understanding of the importance of maintaining cleanliness and preventing contamination.
• Able to follow instructions as directed by the supervisor
• Must have the sense of responsibility to accomplish tasks without supervision
• Prior experience in roles such as sit-down Forklift Driver, Forklift Operator, Industrial Truck Operator, Lift truck Operator, Reach Truck Driver, Cherry Picker Operator, or Material Handler is a big plus!

Responsibilities for Forklift Operator:

• Loading & unloading containers
• Move products to specified storage spaces and manually unload and stack boxes, observing safe lighting practices.
• Follow first in first out (FIFO) Rotation.
• Pulling order
