Material Handler

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking a Material Handler candidate for a company that manufactures hardwood flooring for residential homes in Orange, CA.

Schedule: 5:00 AM TO 1:30 PM Monday through Friday overtime as needed and Saturday availability 

Requirements of a Material Handler:

• Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience 
• Must have experience in loading and unloading raw materials.
• Precision in measurements and cuts
• Attention to detail
• Prior experience in roles such as Carpenter, Material Handler, General Labor, Warehouse Associate, and Shipping and Receiving is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Material Handler:

• Supporting the Bandsaw, Press, and Grading departments ensuring no lag time in production. 
• Fast-paced working environment.
• Moving panels from pallet to infeed of the machine
• Transfer material from machine to machine
• Off-loading palletizing and packing of materials for ship
