MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT PALLETIZER EXPERIENCE IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT 

Connect Staffing is hiring experienced Packer Workers for a large cookie company in Los Alamitos, CA.

Schedule: 2nd Shift 2pm-2am (with possible OT) Hours Vary

Requirements for Packing Associate:

• Must have 6 months of recent palletizing experience in a fast-paced environment. 
• Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Basic mechanical works experience
• Ability to give directions to team members.
• Have good time management skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to relate with all members of the team.
• Prior experience roles such as packer, case packer, assembler, production worker, manufacturing, warehouse worker, or food production worker is a big plus.

Responsibilities of the Packing Associate:

• Palletize product boxes onto a pallet at a rapid pace.
• Visual inspection of product running through the packaging line. 
• Understand machine alarms and how to proceed. 
• Preparation of inner and outer boxes. 
• Verify bar counts, as required, during the completion of inner boxes. 
• Mandatory overtime as needed.
