Outside Sales Representative

MINIMUM TWO YEARS OF INDUSTRIAL SALES EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join a leading manufacturing company in the north Houston area! 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm 

Outside Sales Rep Requirements: 

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 2 years of industrial sales experience is required 
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, construction management or related field.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. 
• Basic math skills (Blueprint reading or cad drawing preferred)
• Previous experience selling to dealerships is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license 
• Prior experience as an account executive, business development manager or sales consultant is a plus!

Outside Sales Rep Responsibilities: 

• Develop new sales strategies for new and current clients
• Educate clients on products and services provided
• Maintain great communication and have attention to detail
• Prospect new clients 
• Business to business sales and cold calls.
