Connect Staffing is looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Specialist to join a leading manufacturing company in North Houston!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Manufacturing Specialist Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
- Able to lift 50+lbs
- Able to read and interpret work orders and blue prints
- Strong time management, analytical skills, and communication skills.

Manufacturing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory and request replenishments when needed.
- Respond to requests for new manufacturing quotes, repair of tools, and material requests.
- Plan for materials based on customer needs.
- Work closely with other departments in the facility to plan and maintain delivery performances and delivery dates.
- Maintain process routings on the manufacturing floor.
- Report any machine performances and areas of improvement needed.
- Work on process development projects such as cost analysis, machine OEE, make/buy analysis, and departmental structures.
- Perform other tasks needed and requested by supervisor.
