Connect staffing is looking for an experienced Scheduling Office Assistant Office Assistant to join a leading Shutters and blinds manufacturing company in the Lewisville and Dallas area.


Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.


Office Assistant Requirements:


  • Ability to pass and background and a drug screen.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Clerical and/or Administrative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bi-lingual required: English/Spanish.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Support office and administrative tasks to complete daily assignment.
  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Typing, creating labels, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
