With a competitive wage of $18 per hour, this opportunity offers stable, long-term employment with the potential for permanent placement.
Position Details:
- Location: North Central Phoenix (near Deer Valley Road and 7th St.)
- Wage: $18 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm (with potential for overtime until 6:30 pm or occasional weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of electronic devices in a cleanroom environment
- Adherence to strict cleanroom protocols and sanitation standards
- Utilization of hand tools and specialized equipment for assembly tasks
- Visual inspection of completed assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Packaging and boxing of finished products
Requirements:
- 1+ year of prior technology manufacturing experience
- 6+ months of prior experience in production within a cleanroom environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols
- Color vision for certain positions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good vision (corrected or non-corrected)
- Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using specialized hand tools and equipment
- Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Ability to handle small parts with precision
- Proficiency in reading, understanding, and following written work instructions in English
- Basic handwriting and typing skills for documentation purposes
- Successful completion of a thorough criminal history screening and drug testing
