POSITION MISSION:

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will oversee the startup global distribution center and all logistics activities linked with the production site. Responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and internal H&S procedures to guarantee a safe environment for the warehouse team. Implement a WMS system for the distribution center and develop efficient inbound/outbound handling, storage, pick & pack, and shipping processes, optimizing internal material flow and effectively managing staff operators.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: 

  • Collaborate with the H&S manager to ensure a safe environment for warehouse associates, fostering a continuous H&S culture and procedure, governance, and compliance with regulations. 
  • Supervise over a team of up to 50 warehouse and shipping employees
  • Manage inbound receiving of materials, including unloading, sorting, admin controls, QC and inspections, preparation to put away, and system registration for accounting and physical consistency. 
  • Responsible for put-away of materials with process, assets, and max storage accuracy. 
  • Manage production feeding in line with the production plan, ensuring 0 min of production stop due to missing availability from stock. 
  • Ensure stock accuracy with stock checks, YE full count, and collaboration with procurement/planning/finance to manage stock company value on hand. 


QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • BS Degree preferred
  • Over 10 years of experience in changing warehouse logistics operations, including production feeding of parts. 
  • Manufacturing and Logistics Industry
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 
  • Strong warehouse automation and systems: WMS, ERP systems, and IT tools (i.e., scanners). M-3 Preferred 
  • Strong leadership
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork
  • Preferred experience from industrial productions or logistics structured platforms. 


Salary: $90k-$105K DOE plus 10% Bonus
