Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and client management efforts. This multifaceted role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client accounts, tracking sales performance, and providing top-notch customer service. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and client satisfaction.


Benefits: $44,000 - $50,000 annual plus bonuses and commission based incentives, performance-based incentives, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.


Responsibilities:

1. Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate and support all aspects of the sales process. Generate and qualify leads, ensuring a consistent and robust sales pipeline. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.


2. Client Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance revenue.


3. Sales Tracking: Utilize CRM software to track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, trends, and forecasts for management review. Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets.


4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and enhance the customer experience.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the industrial appliance or related industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Knowledge of industrial appliances and related services is a plus.
