This position would support the Product Management team. 


This report to the President and with a dotted line to the Lead Project Manager.


Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Manage projects, deadlines, and relationships with clients and stakeholders, coordinate sales orders and work with all customers and vendors.

  - Manage customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs).

  - Handle order management, including order entry and status updates.

2. Documentation: Secure proper documentation from suppliers and internal functional groups.

  - Manage supplier quotes in support of RFQs.

3. Product Coordination: Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors.

4. Project Scope Definition: Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

5. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for existing processes and manage root cause analysis.

6. Overall Project Coordination: Coordinate activities, including interfacing with customers and internal Engineering teams.


Qualifications:


- BS Degree in Project Manager preferred

- 3-5 years of product and project management experience in the sale of metals, fluids, and mechanical products.

- Mechanical Assembly Techniques: Knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques, including the use of hand tools, machines, and equipment preferred

- Project Management:3-5 years of project management experience in a related manufacturing environment.

- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.

- Change Management: Ability to manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in high-purity products and semiconductor operations is advantageous.

- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with tight tolerances and measurement equipment and techniques.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, plan, and problem-solve.

- Time Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines.

- Self-motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Work Ethic: Hardworking, detail-oriented, and organized.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques, including the use of hand tools, machines, and equipment preferred

- Fluid Mechanics: Understanding of gas and liquid flow, pressure, and controlling devices and mechanisms preferred


Salary: $70K-$85K Depending on Experience
